How should I wash my SUKA hijab?
We recommend gently hand washing your hijab in cold or lukewarm water below 30°C using a mild, neutral detergent. Wash dark and light colours separately, and avoid prolonged soaking, vigorous rubbing, twisting or wringing.
Can I machine wash, tumble dry or iron my hijab?
If machine washing is necessary, place the hijab in a laundry bag and use a gentle cycle. Tumble drying and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight are not recommended. If ironing is required, use a low-temperature setting and place a protective cloth between the iron and the hijab.
Can I tumble dry my hijab?
Tumble drying is not recommended. High temperatures and continuous tumbling may cause the fabric to shrink, lose its shape or affect its softness.

How long does it take to process an order?
Once payment has been successfully received, orders are usually processed within 48 hours. Processing times may be longer during weekends, public holidays, and peak promotional periods.
How can I confirm that my order was placed successfully?
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you have not received it, please check your spam or junk folder and make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct.
Can I change my shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to update your shipping address before the order is processed or dispatched.
Once your order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes. SUKA HIJAB is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Are product colours exactly as shown?
We photograph colours carefully, but screen settings and lighting may create slight differences.
Is it normal for the fabric to develop slight wrinkles?
Yes. Products containing mulberry silk and other natural fibres require extra-gentle care. Slight wrinkles or natural texture that may develop after use are normal characteristics of the fibres.
